If you love sitting surrounded by other people all three inches away from you who are swearing and smoking pot in front of your children, AND you love the smell of raw sewage this is the beach for you. I cannot understand why this is the highest rated beach on the cape.

Mayflower beach is great for family and friends. The sand area is small but wide; to find a spot you have to come bright and early. The sand is nice, white & fluffy. The entry to the water can be very rocky. There is no shade so make sure to bring an umbrella. The cost of parking is $20 on weekdays & $25 on weekends.
